When do you know you need writing help?

My website has good ideas, but I do not think the words explain them very well. Some people around me have suggested hire a website content writer when the work becomes too much, but I am not sure if that is the right step. I would rather build my writing skills first if possible. What signs tell you it is time to ask for help instead of doing everything yourself?
