幫助關節在安全範圍內活動,
避免震動與壓縮。
同時提升核心穩定、柔軟度與身體平衡,
適合改善久坐僵硬與強化全身運動效率。

Combining specialized equipment
and spiral movements, it safely mobilizes joints, strengthens the core
and balance, relieves stiffness from sitting,
and enhances overall body efficiency.
課程通常從椅上緩和動作開始,
暖身脊椎、喚醒全身,
幫助學員逐步進入運動狀態。
隨後進階到 地板上的延展、彎曲與旋轉動作,
並搭配專門設計的呼吸模式,
有效刺激神經系統、改善血液循環系統。

The program starts with gentle chair
movements to warm the spine
and awaken the body,
then progresses to floor stretches
and rotations with breathing exercises
to stimulate the nervous system
and improve circulation.

基礎流動瑜伽
課程從熱身體式開始,
透過主動動作伸展全身並暖身,
體式之間經過 動作串接,
讓身體在流動呼吸中鍛鍊肌力與柔軟度。
課程最後以大休息收尾,
幫助穩定神經系統、
回歸中脈並平衡左右脈,
提升全身協調與身心平衡。

The class starts with warm-up poses
to stretch and activate the body,
flows through connected movements
to build strength and flexibility,
and ends with deep relaxation
to stabilize the nervous system and balance energy flow.
伸展瑜伽
課程從瑜伽體式根基開始,
帶領學員理解身體結構的順序。
在課程中,適時運用彈力帶輔助,
循序漸進伸展身體緊繃區域,
並進一步進入肌群鍛鍊與活化,
有效提升身體活動度與靈活性。

The class begins with foundational yoga poses, guiding participants to understand the body’s structural alignment.
Using resistance bands
when appropriate, the session progressively stretches tight areas
and moves into muscle strengthening
and activation, effectively improving
mobility and overall flexibility.
基礎瑜伽
課程從 瑜伽體式根基開始,
帶領學員了解 身體結構的排列,
並結合呼吸練習,
在充分準備下循序漸進、
安全地進入各式瑜伽體式,
幫助學員建立穩固的基礎與身體感知。

The Basic Yoga class begins with foundational poses and breathing techniques, allowing participants
to safely and progressively practice yoga while building body awareness
and a strong foundation.
